The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to declare the Class 10 and Class 12 board exam results for the academic year 2024-25 by the second or third week of May 2025. While the board has not released an official date, sources indicate that results may be announced between May 13 and May 20, based on previous years’ trends.
This year, the CBSE board exams witnessed participation from over 44 lakh students across India. The Class 10 exams were conducted from February 15 to March 18, and Class 12 exams took place from February 15 to April 4. With the evaluation process already underway, students and parents are eagerly waiting for the final outcome.
Once the results are declared, students can check their scores on the official websites —
www.cbse.gov.in and www.cbseresults.nic.in.
In addition, results will also be available on the DigiLocker app, UMANG app, and through SMS and IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System).
To access the results, students must keep their roll number, school number, admit card ID, and date of birth ready. CBSE follows a nine-point grading system for Class 10, and for both classes, a minimum of 33% is required in each subject (including theory and practicals) to pass.
CBSE has advised students to avoid fake result-related links and stay updated through official communication channels.
