The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has released its official notification for the recruitment of 119 Specialist Officer (SO) posts for the year 2025-26. The application process began on April 7, 2025, and interested candidates can apply online until April 20, 2025, through the bank’s official website www.idbibank.in.
The vacancies are spread across three key levels – Deputy General Manager (8 posts), Assistant General Manager (42 posts), and Manager (69 posts). To be eligible, candidates must meet the required educational qualifications and work experience specified for each role. The age criteria differ based on the post:
Deputy General Manager: 35 to 45 years
Assistant General Manager: 28 to 40 years
Manager: 25 to 35 years

The application fee is ₹1,050 for General/OBC/EWS candidates and ₹250 for SC/ST candidates. The selection process involves shortlisting based on qualifications, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI).
