Pune : Students across Maharashtra anxiously waiting for their board exam results can expect some relief soon. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is likely to declare the results of the Class 10 (SSC) and Class 12 (HSC) examinations before May 15, as per official sources.
Board Chairperson Sharad Gosavi has hinted that the evaluation process is nearly complete and results are expected to be released earlier than usual this year. This comes as a welcome development for lakhs of students and parents preparing for the next phase of academic or professional admissions.
Exam Details and Participation
Class 12 (HSC) Exams: Held from February 11 to March 18, 2025
Class 10 (SSC) Exams: Conducted between February 21 and March 17, 2025
A total of over 31 lakh students appeared for the SSC and HSC exams combined. Once the results are released, students will be able to check their scores online through the following official websites:

Visit either of the official result websites.
Click on the link for “SSC Examination Result 2025” or “HSC Examination Result 2025”.
Enter your roll number and mother’s first name as requested.
Click on Submit to view your result.
Download or print your result for reference.
Important Reminders
The online result is provisional. Students must collect their official marksheets from their respective schools once available.
If a student is not satisfied with their marks, they can apply for rechecking or revaluation within the prescribed window.
Keep all necessary documents ready for college admissions, competitive exam registrations, or scholarship applications after the result.
