Mumbai: In a major boost to management education outcomes, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, has reported outstanding final placements for its flagship Human Resource Management and Labour Relations (HRM & LR) batch of 2023–25.
According to official placement statistics, the mean CTC stood at ₹28.2 lakh per annum, while the median CTC was ₹28 lakh per annum, reflecting the strong industry demand for TISS graduates.
Among the top recruiters, the Aditya Birla Group emerged as a major contributor to this success, along with participation from other prominent companies across consulting, FMCG, BFSI, and technology sectors.
This achievement reaffirms TISS Mumbai’s reputation as one of the premier institutes for HR education in India, with consistent placement records and strong industry linkage.
