ECIL GET Recruitment 2025 80 Graduate Engineer Trainee Vacancies Announced Final Year Students Eligible to Apply

Hyderabad : Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), a premier Public Sector Undertaking under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has announced a major recruitment drive for Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) posts. As per the official advertisement (Advt. No. 06/2025) released on May 16, a total of 80 vacancies will be filled across multiple engineering disciplines.

ECIL is known for its pioneering contributions in the field of strategic electronics, with key operations in sectors like nuclear energy, defense, aerospace, IT, telecom, homeland security, and e-governance. The corporation has been behind innovations like India’s first digital computers, electronic voting machines, solid-state televisions, and cockpit voice recorders.

Electronics / ECE / Electronics & Telecommunication – 34 posts
Instrumentation / E&I – 2 posts
Computer Science / Information Technology – 18 posts
Mechanical – 16 posts
Electrical / EEE – 5 posts
Civil – 3 posts
Chemical – 2 posts
Total Vacancies: 80

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must hold a full-time four-year engineering degree with at least 60% marks (first class) in the relevant discipline from an institute/university recognized by AICTE or the Government of India.
Final-year or final-semester students, who are awaiting their consolidated marksheets, are also eligible to apply.
The upper age limit is 27 years for general category candidates as on April 30, 2025.
Candidates with dual or combination degrees such as Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, or Construction Engineering are not eligible for this recruitment.
Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in the ₹40,000–1,40,000 pay band and will have the opportunity to work at ECIL’s Headquarters in Hyderabad or its offices and project sites across India in departments such as Manufacturing, Design & Development, QA, Production, Projects, and Marketing.
