As one of India’s foremost producers of fertilisers, industrial chemicals, and mining chemicals, DFPCL is now seeking qualified professionals across a wide range of roles in engineering, operations, maintenance, and logistics.

The positions currently open include Technicians, Officers, Engineers, and Panel Operators. Each role requires domain-specific qualifications and relevant industry experience. For instance, the role of Technician – Electrician requires a diploma in electrical engineering and a valid electrical supervisor license, along with 3–5 years of operational experience—ideally in a power plant environment. Similarly, the Engineer – Boiler position mandates a BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with a mandatory Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification and prior experience with high-pressure boiler systems like AFBC and CFBC.
Candidates interested in procurement roles can apply for Purchase Officer, which requires either a BE or diploma in mechanical engineering, and hands-on experience in SAP, vendor management, and modern procurement platforms such as iValue or online auctioning.
For those with a background in logistics, the Dispatch Officer role calls for a graduate degree with a PG diploma in material management, along with 5–7 years of logistics experience and mandatory SAP knowledge.
Other open positions include Utility Field Officers, ETP/DM Officers, Boiler Attendants, Instrumentation Technicians, and DCS Panel Officers – each playing a crucial role in the seamless operations of the new facility.
