Mumbai : Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Maharatna PSU, has officially released its recruitment notification for various technical and finance positions, inviting applications for roles such as Junior Executive (Engineering), Associate Executive (Engineering), Junior Executive (Accounts), Associate Executive (Quality Assurance), and Secretary to BPCL.

For Junior Executive (Engineering) applicants, only core engineering branches mentioned in the official list will be considered. Allied or similar-sounding streams are not eligible.

Here’s a quick look at the eligibility criteria:

Junior Executive (Engineering)

Upper Age Limit: 32 years (as on 01.05.2025)

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PWBD).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Associate Executive (Engineering)

Upper Age Limit: 32 years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. (Engg) in approved engineering disciplines.

Experience: At least 3 years of work experience.

Junior Executive (Accounts)

Age Range: 30 to 35 years

Qualification: Inter CA or Inter CMA with a Graduation degree.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounts/finance roles.

Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)

Upper Age Limit: 32 years

Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with specialization in Organic, Physical, Inorganic, or Analytical Chemistry.

Experience: 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Secretary to BPCL

Upper Age Limit: 32 years

Qualification: Must have cleared Class X, Class XII, and hold a Bachelor’s degree (3-year course).

Experience: 5 years of secretarial or administrative experience.
