As per the notification, the post of Junior Executive (Engineering) is open to candidates who have completed a 3-year full-time diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering. Applicants must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) and possess at least 5 years of relevant work experience as of May 1, 2025. For candidates with a graduate-level engineering qualification, the role of Associate Executive (Engineering) is available. This position requires a B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc in Engineering in the same set of core disciplines and a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
In the Accounts stream, BPCL is recruiting for the role of Junior Executive (Accounts). Candidates must be Inter CA or Inter CMA qualified along with a graduation degree, and must be between 30 and 35 years of age. A minimum of 5 years of experience is mandatory.
Candidates from the chemistry background can apply for the role of Associate Executive (Quality Assurance). This role is open to those holding an M.Sc in Chemistry with specialization in Organic, Inorganic, Physical, or Analytical Chemistry, along with 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Additionally, BPCL has also announced a position for Secretary, which requires candidates to have successfully completed Class X, XII, and a three-year bachelor’s degree, along with 5 years of work experience. The upper age limit for this position is also capped at 32 years.
