At the entry-level, HPCL is inviting applications for roles such as Executive Assistant, Junior Executive – Civil, Mechanical, and Quality Control, with a pay scale of ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000. Candidates applying for these positions must hold either a three-year full-time graduation or diploma in the relevant field, and must not exceed the age of 25 years.
For engineering graduates, HPCL is offering the position of Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and Civil Engineer, each with a higher pay band ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000. A four-year full-time engineering degree in the respective branch is required to be eligible, with the same age limit of 25 years applying.
The minimum academic criteria across all roles is 60% marks or equivalent grade, and only regular, full-time qualifications will be considered. Applications must be submitted through HPCL’s official recruitment portal, and candidates are advised to carefully go through the detailed instructions provided in the official notification before applying.
