New Delhi : Engineers India Limited (EIL), a Navratna PSU and one of India’s premier engineering consultancy organizations, has announced walk-in interviews for the engagement of experienced engineers on a fixed term basis. The recruitment aims to onboard professionals who are ready to contribute to nation-building through major infrastructure and industrial projects.
As per the official advertisement (HRD/Rectt./Advt./2025-26/06), the engagement will be in various core engineering disciplines including Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Environmental, Corrosion Control, and Industrial Pollution Abatement. These roles are being offered to dynamic individuals who bring both technical expertise and on-ground project experience.
Eligibility Criteria and Role Requirements
Candidates must possess a full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engineering) degree with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPI, and should have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience as of May 31, 2025.
In the Chemical Engineering discipline, applicants are expected to have hands-on experience in process engineering roles across sectors such as refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, gas processing, pipelines, offshore plants, and LNG projects.
For Mechanical Engineering, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in design and engineering of rotating and package equipment for refinery and chemical plant projects. Knowledge of API, ISO, and other international engineering codes, along with experience in procurement and specification of mechanical systems, will be considered highly desirable.
