New Delhi: The India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a premier agency under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has opened applications for the engagement of 22 Young Professionals on a purely contractual basis. The recruitment aims to bring in energetic and skilled individuals to support key operations at ITPO’s headquarters in Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, and across its national initiatives.
Of the 22 positions announced, 20 posts are for Young Professionals in technical disciplines, while 2 posts are reserved for administrative roles. Candidates applying for the technical posts must hold a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, IT, or Computer Science with at least 70% marks. Alternatively, candidates with a two-year MBA/PGDM/PGP in Management with 60% or above are also eligible. Those with two years of post-qualification work experience, particularly in government bodies, PSUs, autonomous institutions, or universities, will be given preference. Additional experience in project management, IT systems, tendering, procurement, and HR operations is considered desirable.
For the administrative roles, graduates from any discipline with at least 60% marks, along with a two-year MBA/PGDM/PGP in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations, are eligible. Preference will be given to candidates with two years of experience in HR and administration, particularly within the public sector or government ecosystem.
