New Delhi: The Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI)—a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Heavy Industries—has released an official recruitment advertisement (No. CO/04/2025) inviting applications for multiple professional roles on a Fixed Term Contract basis.
As part of its ongoing operational and expansion plans, CCI is looking to hire qualified and experienced candidates for engineering and officer-level positions across various departments, including Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and others. A total of 29 posts are up for grabs, including backlog vacancies, with reservations for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PWD candidates as per government norms.

Finance Analysts (2 posts)
All roles are offered on a contractual basis and require a minimum post-qualification experience of 2 years, except the Marketing Officer post, which may accept 1 or 2 years depending on qualifications.
For technical positions like Engineer (Production), candidates must hold a full-time degree in Chemical Engineering or Cement Technology and have hands-on experience in cement manufacturing, production planning, and industrial maintenance.
Similarly, roles in Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation require engineering degrees in relevant fields along with experience in plant operations.
The Officer (HR) post demands a degree in HR/Personnel Management with working experience in industrial HR practices, while Finance Analysts must possess a CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance with prior industry exposure. The Rajbhasha Adhikari role mandates a postgraduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level and relevant translation or language administration experience.
One post is reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
