Pune: The schedule for the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) exams conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has been announced.
According to the CISCE schedule, the ‘ICSE’ exam will be held from February 17 to March 30, while the ‘ISC’ exam will be held from February 12 to April 6.
This year, more than two lakh 60 thousand students will appear for the ‘ICSE’ exam, while more than one and a half lakh students will appear for the ‘ISC’ exam. 75 subjects of ‘ICSE’ and 50 subjects of ‘ISC’ will be examined.
‘CISCE’ Chief Executive and Secretary Dr. Joseph Emmanuel said, ‘The schedule has been designed so that students do not have to face exam stress and can perform better in the exam. CISCE is striving to help students revise their studies, manage their time effectively and appear for exams with confidence.
About 3,200 schools in various countries including India are affiliated to ‘CISCE’. About 35 lakh students are studying in these schools. About 1.5 lakh teachers are teaching students in these schools.
Duration of ‘CISCE’ exams:
Exam: Exam period
– ICSE (Class 10): 17 February to 30 March 2026
– ISC (Class 12): 12 February to 6 April 2026
