Mumbai : In a strategic move to bridge the skill gap and enhance student employability, PrepInsta, one of India’s leading platforms for placement preparation and technical upskilling, has partnered with over 100 educational institutions across the country. This collaboration is expected to benefit more than 1.15 lakh students, offering them industry-aligned training and access to top recruiters across various sectors.
Prominent universities and colleges such as SRM University (AP), GITAM University, The NorthCap University, and Rajalakshmi Engineering College are part of this growing network. As part of the partnership, PrepInsta will deliver specialized training modules through its Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) programs and Prime Subscription services. These courses focus on emerging technologies like Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Data Science — equipping students with future-ready skills that today’s tech-driven job market demands.
Manish Agarwal, Co-founder of PrepInsta, shared his vision behind the initiative: “At PrepInsta, we are committed to democratizing access to quality upskilling. Our goal is to prepare students from all backgrounds to compete confidently in the evolving job market. Partnering with 100+ institutions is a huge milestone, but this is just the beginning.”
To support this mission, PrepInsta has also introduced ‘Optimus’, a comprehensive platform for placement automation, assessment, and governance. The SaaS-based system allows colleges to closely monitor each student’s progress, assess gaps, and tailor training accordingly — offering a full-circle solution for placement readiness.
Looking ahead, PrepInsta aims to expand its partnerships to over 250 institutions by the next academic year, solidifying its position as a key enabler in India’s education-to-employment journey.
This development marks a positive step in transforming India’s placement landscape, ensuring students are not only academically strong but also professionally equipped to thrive in a competitive world.
