Mumbai: The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has initiated a major recruitment drive to fill 116 contractual posts across multiple departments, aiming to strengthen Mumbai’s public health and administrative services. The application window opened on April 29 and will remain active until May 6, 2025.
This recruitment drive includes posts such as Program Coordinator, Dietician, Executive Assistant, Data Entry Operator, and NCD Corner Multi-Purpose Worker (MPW). The positions are offered on a contract basis from July 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027.
Among the announced posts, 30 vacancies are available for Data Entry Operators, requiring graduates with an MSCIT certificate and offering a monthly remuneration of ₹18,000. For Executive Assistant positions, two posts are available with a pay of ₹30,000. Additionally, 33 posts for Dieticians and 24 for Program Coordinators are on offer, each with relevant educational requirements and pay ranging between ₹30,000 and ₹40,000 per month. The NCD MPW role is open to 10th pass candidates, with a salary of ₹17,000 per month.
The age limit varies across positions, ranging from 35 to 45 years for general candidates, with relaxations for retired personnel up to 62 years in some categories.
