New Delhi: India’s premier space agency, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), has opened its doors for young engineering graduates to become a part of its prestigious scientific team. Through the ISRO Centralised Recruitment Board (ICRB), applications are now invited for the post of Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Electronics, Mechanical, and Computer Science disciplines.
This recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies at various ISRO centres under the Department of Space (DoS), Government of India. These positions are classified as Group ‘A’ Gazetted and Non-Gazetted posts, with selected candidates placed in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix, offering a strong start to a technical career in one of the country’s most respected organisations.
In this particular notification (Post Code: BE001), 16 vacancies have been announced for Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Electronics. Out of these, 11 are backlog vacancies, and 3 are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) across categories A, B, and C.
Candidates with a BE/B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, are eligible to apply. A minimum of 65% marks or a CGPA of 6.84/10 is required to be eligible for consideration.
